This ones going deep – 4 tracks on the subtler side of acid house..Definitely hitting the spot in terms of trippyness…..Essential…. If you like Patrice Scott, then you will definitely need this record.

All about the last track on this one. Lovely strings and nice feel to the track. First two tracks are much rawer. Definitely worth a listen though.

Forthcoming from the ever reliable Abstract Acid label. Sweden’s Etcher serves up a 12 of 4 classy acid tracks. Intricate acid lines on top of lush programmed drums. Well worth picking along with their other 12s if you don’t have them

Even though there is an acid track on the 12, I’m going to link this as it is by far and away the best track on the 12. Dark, eery twisted and everything about it reeks of 88…Absolute belter… Cannot wait to hear this on a big system..with strobes and not much else

Anyone who Is old enough and going out in the early nineties will remember hearing this out somewhere or on one of the many brilliant radio shows around at the time. Originally released on Mr C’s Plink Plonk label, this gem has now been remixed across two slabs of vinyl. Remixed by a Whos’ Who of definitive Techno artists from the last two decades, we have Plaid, Ian O’BRIEN, Carl Finlow, ADJ (who incidently is responsible for about a large portion of my record collection) and Terrace. Not forgetting a completely remastered original version which i think is essential.

One of those tracks where the acid just creeps up behind you and before you know it, its all over you. Absolute quality.

Part of a doublepack…not the what the rest is like but this is a deep dark tunnel record filled to the brim of swirling 303..

Definitely going to be looking at the 4 previous releases, the second track caught my eye, there being a ‘Refracted Acid Shuttle Mix’..which meant i had to have a listen. Deepness going on here with a piercing acid line… the other 3 tracks are all excellent as well.

From what i can see this is their second release..the first was a much heavier affair..but i’m very much liking the track on this. Fairly uptempo by my dinosaur standards but easily pitchable… proper trancey deepness with an acidic snag. Really do need to play it loud..cant wait for the vinyl to arrive.
